Over the past 14 years I’ve made sound contributions in the talent community driving automation and taking risks on introducing new recruitment tech to connect with talent in a relatable way that had never been seen before. I’ve been instrumental in helping to grow the support for our Chicagoland veteran population transforming the single digit group of veterans and employer partners to a thriving network well into the hundreds supporting camaraderie, storytelling and career advancement opportunities.
Additionally, I’ve developed comprehensive recruiting playbooks, value-based interview guides, various trainings and recruiting programs supporting early careerist and new graduates to transitioning veterans and military spouses and the unseen, untapped talent.
The approach I bring leans on curiosity, transparency, close collaborating with hiring managers, business leaders and stakeholders to tell the hiring journey, the metrics and milestones in identify hiring capabilities, gaps and areas where we can improve our overall impact.
I’ve recruited and sourced at all levels; from college intern up through executive leadership. The talent domains I have support include Account Management, Analytics, AP/AR, Business Development, Creative, Data Science, Engineering/Tech, HR, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Product & Program Management and UI/UX.
